Kenspin Dormant Account Fees

Understanding Kenspin Dormant Account Fees

If you have an account at Kenspin that you haven’t logged into for a while, you may be subject to a dormant account fee. This is a common practice among licensed online casinos, designed to recover administrative costs after prolonged inactivity. Typically, after 12 consecutive months without a login, a monthly fee of €5 or the equivalent in your currency is deducted from your balance until you either reactivate the account or the balance reaches zero. It is important to check your account terms regularly to avoid unexpected deductions.

Step-by-Step Guide to Reactivating Your Account

Reactivating a dormant account at Kenspin casino is straightforward, but timing matters. Follow these steps to avoid further fees and regain access to your funds:

1. Log in using your existing username and password. If you have forgotten your credentials, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset them.
2. Once logged in, verify your identity if prompted. You may need to upload a recent utility bill (dated within the last 3 months) and a copy of your government-issued ID (passport or driver’s license).
3. Check your balance immediately. If fees have been applied, contact customer support via live chat or email to request a fee reversal.
4. Make a minimum deposit of at least €10 to trigger a fresh activity status. This resets the dormant clock.
5. Consider claiming the Kenspin bonus offered to returning players. Some promotions are automatically credited upon deposit, but always read the wagering requirements (typically 35x bonus amount).

Required Documents for Fee Waiver Requests

To successfully dispute a dormant account fee, you must provide specific documentation. Below is a table that outlines exactly what is needed and why:

Document Type	Purpose	Example
Government-Issued Photo ID	Confirm your identity and that you are the rightful account holder	Passport, National ID card, Driver’s license
Proof of Address	Verify your current residence and prevent fraud	Utility bill (electricity, water, gas), Bank statement (issued within 90 days)
Transaction History (optional)	Show last deposit or withdrawal activity to prove account use	Screenshot of your account transaction log

Submit these documents via the casino’s secure upload portal. Approval for fee reversal usually takes 24–48 hours on business days.

Common Problems and Troubleshooting

Players often run into a few specific issues when dealing with dormant fees. The most frequent is being locked out of the account entirely. If you attempt to log in and receive an error, do not panic. Contact support directly and ask them to temporarily reactivate the account for a 24-hour window. Another common issue is that the Kenspin no deposit bonus is not available for dormant accounts. To clarify, the Kenspin promo code for no deposit offers is typically reserved for new players only. For existing reactivated accounts, look for reload bonuses or free spins instead. If you have a positive balance but fees have drained it below €1, you may still request a manual withdrawal of the remaining amount, though processing fees may apply.

Exact Payment Methods and Withdrawal Limits

When you reactivate your account and wish to withdraw funds, you need to know which payment methods are accepted and what limits apply. The Kenspin free spins offers, for example, are credited for specific slot games (e.g., Starburst, Book of Dead) with a max withdrawal cap of €100 from free spin winnings. For cash withdrawals, the table below shows the most common methods:

• Visa/Mastercard: Minimum withdrawal €20, maximum €4,000 per transaction, processing time 3–5 business days.
• Skrill: Minimum withdrawal €10, maximum €10,000 per transaction, processing time 24 hours.
• Neteller: Same limits as Skrill, but availability may vary by country.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum withdrawal €50, maximum €25,000 per transaction, processing time 5–10 business days.
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin): Minimum withdrawal €25, maximum €50,000 per transaction, processing time up to 12 hours.

Always verify that your preferred method is active for your region before initiating a transfer. Note that dormant accounts may require additional verification steps before any withdrawal is approved.

Final Verdict on Avoiding Future Fees

To summarise, the best way to avoid Kenspin dormant account fees is to log in at least once every 11 months, even if you do not plan to play. Alternatively, set a calendar reminder to make a small deposit or withdrawal every six months. Keep your contact details up to date so you receive email notifications before fees are applied. If you have already been charged, the fee reversal process is simple but requires patience and correct documentation. Remember that the casino’s customer support team is available 24/7 to assist with any billing questions. By staying proactive, you can keep your account active and avoid unnecessary costs.
