3. Create Login Credentials: Choose a unique username and a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols. Never reuse a password from other sites.

6. Secure Your Account: Log in and immediately navigate to security settings to set up 2FA using an authenticator app for the highest level of protection.

Calculating Your Bonus

Understanding bonus math is crucial. Let’s say a welcome offer is a 100% match up to €200 with a 30x wagering requirement (WR) on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Game contributions vary: slots count 100%, table games like blackjack may count 10%, and live dealer games might count 5%.

Example Calculation: You deposit €100 and receive a €100 bonus, giving you a €200 starting balance. The total amount to wager is (Deposit €100 + Bonus €100) * WR 30 = €200 * 30 = €6,000.
If you play only slots (100% contribution), you need to wager exactly €6,000. If you mix in table games, the required turnover increases. For instance, wagering €3,000 on slots (100%) and €3,000 on blackjack (10%) gives you an effective wager of €3,000 + (€3,000 * 0.10) = €3,300. This is only 55% of the required €6,000. You would need to wager significantly more on the lower-contribution games to clear the bonus. The formula is:
Required Real-Money Turnover = (Deposit + Bonus) * WR / (Game Contribution Percentage)
For blackjack at 10%: €6,000 / 0.10 = €60,000 would need to be staked.

You can see how game choice directly impacts your ability to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash.

Is It Safe?

The platform operates under respected licenses, such as the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) or the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) in relevant markets, which enforce strict standards for player protection, fair gaming, and fund segregation. The site uses 256-bit SSL encryption to secure all data transmissions, which you can verify by the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar. The use of proven Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified by independent auditors like eCOGRA ensures game outcomes are fair and unpredictable. For an extra layer of safety on your end, always use a strong, unique password and enable 2FA, which we strongly recommended in the registration steps.

Good to Know

When playing to meet bonus wagering requirements or simply to maximize playtime, game RTP is your best friend. High RTP Categories (typically 97%+): Classic/video slots from certain providers, some blackjack variants (especially those with favorable rule sets like ‘stand on soft 17’), and specific video poker games. Categories to Approach with Caution: Many branded slot games and progressive jackpot slots have lower base RTP (sometimes 94-96%) to fund the large jackpots. Specialty games like scratch cards or certain arcade-style games often have the lowest published RTPs. Always check the game information or paytable for the exact RTP percentage.

Money In, Money Out

A crucial step is account verification (KYC). You will likely need to upload a copy of your ID (passport or driver’s license) and a recent utility bill or bank statement before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard security measure.

When Things Go Wrong

1. Login Failed: First, check your internet connection. Then, ensure Caps Lock is off and you are entering your credentials correctly. Use the ‘Forgot Password’ function to reset it; do not attempt to create multiple accounts.
2. Bonus Not Credited: Verify you used the correct bonus code (if required) and that your deposit met the minimum amount. Check if your payment method is eligible for the promotion (e.g., some e-wallets are excluded).
3. Game Won’t Load: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, ensure JavaScript is enabled, and try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa). Sometimes, simply closing and reopening the browser helps.
4. Withdrawal Delayed: First, check your account’s ‘Verification’ section to see if any documents are pending. Then, confirm you have met all wagering requirements if a bonus was active. Contact support with your transaction ID for a status update.
5. Unexpected Account Restriction: This can happen if the system detects irregular play (e.g., bonus abuse) or if you log in from a jurisdiction where the service is not licensed. Contact support immediately for clarification.
6. Appearing Logged Out Mid-Session: This is often due to browser privacy settings, an unstable connection, or session timeout. Log in again and avoid using private/incognito mode if it happens frequently.

Players Ask

Can I use the same account on my phone and computer?

Yes, you can use the same account credentials to log in from any supported device. However, most terms and conditions prohibit playing the same game or being logged in from multiple devices simultaneously, as this could be considered abusive behavior.

What happens if I forget my password?

Click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page. You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your account. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to securely reset your password.

Are my winnings taxed?

This depends entirely on the laws in your country of residence. Winnings from operators licensed in Malta or the UK are typically tax-free for the player in many European countries. However, if you play via a site holding a Curacao license (more common for international players), your winnings may be subject to local income tax. It is your responsibility to understand your local tax regulations.

Why was my deposit declined?

Common reasons include insufficient funds in your bank account or e-wallet, daily/monthly limits being reached, your bank flagging the transaction as suspicious, or using a payment method not issued in your name. Contact your payment provider first for specific details.

How do I set deposit limits?

After logging in, navigate to the ‘Responsible Gaming’ or ‘My Account’ section. You can usually set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders. These limits typically take effect immediately and can only be decreased or removed after a mandatory cooling-off period.

What is a « game contribution » percentage?

This is the percentage of each bet that counts toward fulfilling your bonus wagering requirements. For example, if you bet €10 on a game with a 10% contribution, only €1 of that wager is deducted from the remaining wagering requirement. Always check these percentages in the bonus terms.

Can I close my account?

Yes. You can usually find a ‘Self-Exclusion’ or ‘Account Closure’ option within the responsible gaming tools. You can choose a temporary break (e.g., 24 hours, 1 month) or a permanent closure. For permanent closure, you may need to contact customer support directly.
